To register an account on Our Elite Health, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. When registering, you warrant that:
- All information provided during onboarding is accurate, complete, and current.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and security tokens.
- Each individual is strictly limited to one primary member account. Operating multiple accounts to manipulate referral trees or points is strictly prohibited.
2. Nature of the Platform & Independent Relationship
Our Elite Health provides digital education, professional mentorship, and networking infrastructure. Members participate as independent affiliates and contractors, not employees, agents, or legal partners of Our Elite Health. Members have no authority to bind the company or incur obligations on its behalf.
3. Departmental Participation & Code of Conduct
Members can participate within our defined operational departments:
- Networking Department: Responsible for building, guiding, and supporting connected member teams through ethical leadership and constructive communication.
- Motivational Speaker Department: Delivers authorized mindset coaching, personal development sessions, and leadership skills enhancement.
- Invitator Department: Serves as the welcoming liaison, introducing new members to the platform and guiding them through initial curriculum schedules.
All members must adhere to professional ethics, refrain from deceptive representations, and comply with all applicable local and international advertising standards.
4. Commission, Bonus System & Payout Rules
Our Elite Health operates a merit-based compensation structure combining Direct, Indirect, and Team bonuses linked to active plan purchases and rank milestones:
- Commissions are calculated transparently and reflected in real-time within your account ledger.
- Withdrawal requests are processed through authorized payment channels (including Binance, Wise, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, Nayapay, and Jazzcash) subject to standard verification protocols.
- All members are solely responsible for calculating and reporting any applicable tax liabilities arising from earnings in their respective tax jurisdictions.
5. Training & Earnings Disclaimer
Our training programs, mentorship courses, and success materials are designed for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific income, financial returns, or automated profits. Member success is directly dependent upon individual dedication, effort, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.
6. Prohibited Practices & Account Termination
The following activities constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of accumulated balances:
- Creation or operation of phantom, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.
- Cross-recruiting, spamming, or making unauthorized earnings claims.
- Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or unauthorized access to platform infrastructure.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or dispute claims through external payment processors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Our Elite Health and its directors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform services.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and applicable operational statutes. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
